Employability
Employability: a key pillar of our work
Employability-focused activities are a pillar of our work in Luxembourg. They aim to support newcomers in their transition into the workforce by providing them with practical tools, personalized support, and opportunities for interaction.
In 2025 alone, we organized 71 professional inclusion workshops, bringing together 657 participants.
These workshops include individual coaching for resume preparation and job interviews, guidance on apprenticeships, support for the AOT, employer outreach, as well as group discussions with former beneficiaries sharing their stories of successful integration.
Together, we make every act of support a step toward professional independence.

As part of the Connect2Work program, we help newcomers develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to succeed in the Luxembourg job market. Through a combination of workshops, coaching sessions, and personalized guidance, participants gain practical tools to find employment, pursue further education, or launch a business venture.
At the same time, we also work to raise awareness and provide support to employers and companies in Luxembourg, with the aim of facilitating the professional inclusion of applicants for international protection and assisting them with the procedures related to the temporary work permit (AOT).
Our Objectives
These initiatives aim to provide newcomers with the knowledge and tools to navigate the job market, achieve their professional goals, and develop their independence. By combining practical advice with personalized support, we help participants build their confidence, take ownership of their career paths, and actively contribute to Luxembourg’s society and economy. The Connect2Work project is co-funded by the European Union and the Ministry of Family, Solidarity, Living Together, and Reception.

As part of the STEP-IN program (for ages 16 to 30), we support young newcomers in their professional integration in Luxembourg by strengthening their skills and their understanding of the workforce. Through resume-building workshops, apprenticeship preparation, career guidance activities, and individualized support, they gain practical tools to better integrate into training or employment pathways.
Our Objectives
The goal is to provide them with clear guidelines and practical resources to move toward sustainable professional integration. This support aims to develop their independence, build their confidence, and facilitate their access to training and employment opportunities. The STEP-IN project is funded by the André Losch Foundation.
