🏋️♀️On January 22nd we dove into a fun and active event organized by ASTI asbl and supported by the Ministère de la Famille, des Solidarités, du Vivre ensemble et de l'Accueil! 🤸♂️🎉 Locals and newcomers teamed up to conquer some fitness challenges in the "Together We Move" free fitness courses with the help of a fitness coach.
🤝💪 From stretching exercises to squats, we worked on building community spirit one exercise at a time! It was an energizing blend of teamwork, fitness, and good vibes.
