Inclusion+

Inclusion+ aims to facilitate the overall inclusion of newcomers to Luxembourg through unique trainings on intercultural and professional challenges.

 

Cultural empowerment :

  1. Organisation of "Dialogue Vivants" workshops, that is, offering a trusted place to share stories people in duos or groups.

  2. Connecting our beneficiaries with local cultural players (local authorities, tiers-lieux) to take part in activities.

 

Professional autonomy :

  1. Organisation of CV and covering letter writing sessions and job interview preparation for beneficiaries.

  2. Employability workshops on identifying available job opportunities and methods for finding a job/apprenticeship in Luxembourg.

  3. Personalised support in the AOT process, and weekly one-to-one support to help them become independent in the workplace (including coaching and skills assessment).

 

The aim is to strengthen the sense of community and encourage the exchange of best practice, by encouraging beneficiaries to take part in both cultural and professional activities.
